Anitha Thillaisundaram gave a research talk at the FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany

On Friday the 31st of August 2018, Anitha Thillaisundaram gave a talk (in German) on “Maximal subgroups of branch groups” at the FernUniversität in Hagen. She spoke about her joint work with Benjamin Klopsch on multi-EGS groups and in particular on the absence of maximal subgroups of infinite index in multi-EGS groups.
