Algebraic conference in Lincoln “Groups acting on trees and generalisations”

On Friday 9th of December 2022 a one-day conference was conducted at the University of Lincoln (as an in-person/online hybrid meeting) on “Groups acting on trees and generalisations“. The speakers were Alejandra Garrido (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and ICMAT, Spain), Naomi Andrew (University of Oxford), and Waltraud Lederle (UCLouvain, Belgium). The conference was supported by a grant of the London Mathematical Society as part of the Joint Research Group on Functor Categories of Groups and by Simon Smith’s grant of EPSRC. 

Simon Smith opens the conference and introduces the first speaker Alejandra Garrido.

Second speaker Naomi Andrew.

Third speaker Waltraud Lederle.
