Results of collaboration of algebraists of Lincoln and Brasilia reported at an international conference

Results of the ongoing collaboration between Evgeny Khukhro (Univ. of Lincoln) and Pavel Shumyatsky (Univ. of Brasilia) on generalized Engel conditions for fixed points of automorphisms of finite groups were in Evgeny Khukhro’s plenary talk at the International Conference on Group Theory in honour of Professor Victor Mazurov on the occasion of his 80th birthday. The results are also submitted as a paper “Finite groups with a soluble group of coprime automorphisms whose fixed points have bounded Engel sinks“, which extends the results obtained for an automorphism of prime order in the previous recent paper.
