Research visit to Lincoln: Ilaria Castellano (Bielefeld University), Bianca Marchionna (Universities of Milano-Bicocca and Bielefeld), and Brita Nucinkis (Royal Holloway, University of London)

From 12^th to 16^th February 2024, the Charlotte Scott Research Centre for Algebra had the pleasure of welcoming Ilaria Castellano (Bielefeld University, Germany), Bianca Marchionna (Universities of Milano-Bicocca (Italy) and Bielefeld (Germany)), and Brita Nucinkis (Royal Holloway, University of London) for a very productive research visit. Jointly with our own Yuri Santos Rego, the international team worked on a new collaborative research project about totally disconnected locally compact groups.
