Algebra Seminar – Academic Year 2024/25

It is our pleasure to announce the (re)start of the Algebra Research Seminar for the academic year 2024/25!

For the remaining of the calendar year 2024, there will be talks by

Martyn Quick (University of St Andrews), on 13 November in person;

Melissa de Souza Luiz (University of Campinas), on 20 November online;

Anja Meyer (Loughborough University), on 4 December in person.

Further talks will be announced here in due time along the academic year.

As usual, talks will take place on some Wednesdays at 3pm (UK time) in hybrid format: locally, we will be in the maths research room (INB3305) of the Isaac Newton Building; online we will be on Microsoft Teams. Tea/coffee is usually served in the seminar room prior to the start of the talks.
