Paula M Lins de Araujo joined the School of Mathematics and Physics in University of Lincoln as a Lecturer in Pure Mathematics.
She got her Bachelor’s degree in 2012 at University of Brasília (UnB) and her Master’s degree in 2014 from the University of Campinas (Unicamp), and then obtained her PhD at Bielefeld University in 2019. In 2019-21 she worked in post-doctoral position in KU Leuven Kulak in Belgium.
Paula’s research interests are mainly in group theory; more precisely, asymptotic group theory (in particular arithmetic and analytic properties of zeta functions associated to groups), and twisted conjugacy classes and the R-infinity property of groups.
